Products and Product Information
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, availability and prices are accurate. Images are provided for illustration and natural variation in bulbs and plants may occur.
Bulbs are living products and their performance can be affected by planting conditions, weather, soil, storage and other factors outside our control. We provide planting advice to help customers achieve good results, but we cannot guarantee flowering or growth where conditions are unsuitable.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing or availability. If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct information or cancel it.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. Your order is subject to acceptance and availability. We will send an order confirmation when your order has been received. A contract for the sale of the products is formed when we accept your order.
We accept the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

<p>Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.</p>
<h2>Delivery</h2>
<p>Our current standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail 48-hour standard delivery at no charge. A Royal Mail 24-hour delivery upgrade is available for £3.00 where offered at checkout.</p>
<p>In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Pre-order or temporarily unavailable products may have different dispatch timings, and we will make you aware of this where applicable.</p>
<p>Delivery times can be affected by postal delays, seasonal demand, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where there is a significant delay or change affecting your order, we will contact you where appropriate.</p>
<h2>Returns, Refunds and Faulty or Incorrect Items</h2>
<p>Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items and other issues. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.</p>
